3. Booking & Payment
- All bookings made through our website or customer service are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and full payment is received.
- You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during the booking process is accurate, including names, dates, and travel preferences.
- Payment can be made via approved credit/debit cards or other secure payment methods.
4. Service Fees
We may charge service fees on bookings, changes, cancellations, and other services. These fees are non-refundable and may vary depending on the transaction.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
- All cancellations, modifications, and refund requests are subject to airline/hotel/car rental provider policies.
- Refunds, if approved, may take up to 2–4 weeks to process.
- Some tickets are non-refundable or may require a cancellation fee.
- Dream Fare Travels may also charge a post-ticketing service fee for processing these changes.

6. Travel Documents and Identification
You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents including:
- Passport
- Visa (if required)
- Government-issued ID
- COVID-19-related health documents or testing proof (if required)
Dream Fare Travels is not liable for any denied boarding, missed flights, or travel delays due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dream Fare Travels is not liable for:
- Errors or omissions by third-party travel service providers
- Changes in schedule, delays, or cancellations by airlines or hotels
- Acts of God, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances
- Personal injury, loss, or damages incurred while using services booked through us
Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid to us for the booking in question.
8. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Provide false or misleading information
- Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the functionality of our platform
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
9. Intellectual Property
